ATM, user sees mailer as the name of the sender.

Instead, it would be better to have something like Nuvla.io as the sender's name. This can be achieved by setting FROM to Nuvla.io <mailer@sixsq.com>.

Make the name "prefix" configurable via e.g. smpt-sender-name in configuration/nuvla.
