If I need to delete a bunch of files, I select them, then I need to open a three-point menu in action bar, which appears when files are selected, and click "delete". But usually there's enoung width on the screen to put all existing actions in the bar without need for this submenu. In my experience, deleting multiple files is more common case than tagging it or making favorite, which buttons are on first place in this bar. I don't say that it's hard for me to click one more button, but 1) this is still an unnecessary UX overcomplication 2) I've encountered a couple of users on my instance who were first time confused with that.

Describe the solution you'd like
Put all file selection action buttons in a row without submenus. If screen is too narrow or if there would be more actions in the future and they wouldn't fit on generic screen, put last buttons to submenu dinamycally, like apps bar does. And rearrange buttons order, so more common actions like deleting or downloading will always be visible first.
