Bug description

The action buttons on app sidebar is not updated once action is taken.
We need to reload the page to see the updated state.

Steps to reproduce

1. Visit Apps page
2. Press an app to show the sidebar
3. Press the action button(e.g. Disable, Enable, Remove)
4. The action buttons are not updated until reload the page.

Expected behavior

The action buttons should be updated once the action is completed.
