Migrate napi-rs into this repo

Hey, I'm intending to make napi-rs to become a powerful and easy to use framework.
So could you please add me to this organization and I will migrate the napi-rs into this repo.
And I also want transfer node-rs into your organization.

Action plan:

• Transfer napi-rs and node-rs repos to the org
• Add @Brooooooklyn to owners of napi-* crates on crates.io
• Archive old napi and napi-sys repos and keep them for historical purposes (decided against renaming the old napi repo due to links from conference slides, twitter etc)
• Decouple sys module of new napi-rs into a crate
• Publish the new project as a major version of napi, napi-sys and napi-derive crates
