I have de-registered Shell and the menu returns to dark theme, thereby confirming Shell is the culprit. I don't know if this is related but I am also unable to display the right-click on the taskbar, however this appears to be resolved in a canary release - as mentioned in separate issue by another user.
I have only enabled the theme and taskbar nss imports (commented the others out, for now) - both are unaltered from install, although I did set dark theme to true but it had no effect on the 'Safely Remove Hardware' menu, so I changed it back to default.
Can anyone assist with this or confirm they have the same issue, Thanks
