Started receiving reports that MRAN is down on 8/10/2022 at 20:01:18 GMT.
These issues are clearly ignored by Microsoft folks, but perhaps this of use to others who depend on MRAN as we do. After the last incident in March 2022, I setup a monitor on MRAN.
