[Bug]: Recommendation into "Reservation Advisor" and "Advisor/Cost" and missing consistency with listed VMs/VMSS

The information displayed in the “Reservation Advisor” tab regarding the recommended SKU and quantity to be reserved does not match the actual number of resources in use.
Specifically:

The quantities shown in Reservation Advisor do not align with the number of instances reflected in the “Virtual machines” and “Virtual machine scale sets” tabs.
The same inconsistency is also observed in the “Advisor” tab, which does not reflect the same total number of VM and VMSS instances.

As a result, there is a discrepancy between:

The “Annual Savings” value shown in the Advisor tab, and
The “Net Savings” value shown in the Reservation Advisor tab.

This inconsistency is impacting the accuracy of the savings calculations and recommendations.

An additional info, checking the “Reservation Advisor” it seems it is duplicating the reservation suggestion for the same SKU, where one suggestion is 1Y RI (P1Y) and the other is 3Y RI (P3Y), that would be okay if this was presented as alternative, but the "Overview" tab sum the column "Net Saving" from the tab Reservation Advisor” and present it as "Potential Net Savings (VM Reservation)", and this should not sum P1Y and P3Y for the same SKUs, correct?
