[Bug]: Cannot validate argument on parameter 'PercentComplete'

Describe the bug
During execution, error is shown:
"Cannot validate argument on parameter 'PercentComplete'. The XXXX argument is greater than the maximum allowed range of 100."

Seems a problem with percentage tracking.

To Reproduce
Input parameters:
-Debug -TenantId $tenantId -SubscriptionID $SubscriptionIDsArray -NoAutoUpdate -SkipVMDetails -DiagramFullEnvironment -IncludeCosts -IncludeTags -QuotaUsage -ReportDir $reportdir

Expected behavior
No error

The problem is that Invoke-ARIInventoryLoop.ps1 uses -PercentComplete parameter to show progress assuming will not go over more than 100 loops. With big number of resources, when loops go beyond 100, the percent counter surpases 100 and throws error.

A quick fix is use "-PercentComplete ([Math]::Min($ReportCounter, 100))"
When loops go over 100, it shows weird percentage but keeps going ... :)
