🐞: [BUG] Multiple monitors showing bad visuals on monitor not in focus

Describe the bug
When using multiple monitors, the menu bar item on the inactive one does not switch to a dimmed/translucent color and gets blurry.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have second monitor plugged in.
2. Observe monitor which is not in focus.

Expected behavior
Menu bar item should dim/get translucent when displayed on inactive monitor.
