Ran standard curl vimfiles.luan.sh/install | bash on mac and linux workstations and got very similar error:

vim-go: updating finished!main: line 255: 31988 Aborted (core dumped) GOPATH="${PWD}/gopath" ${VIMCMD} +'GoUpdateBinaries' +'qall!'

go version go1.12.5 linux/amd64
