option to limit questions to certain sections

Thanks for this plugin! I already started to update the customMetadate plugin to 3.3 [https://github.com/ajnyga/customMetadata] for our needs, and only later dicovered your plugin :)

We need the customQestions to be section specific: So for our version of the customMetadata plugin I added a field with section ids to be checked before displaying the questions during submission. Would this be a feature of interest for you also? For now we are running on 3.3, but I can offer some help in developing once we upgrade to 3.5, which I hope will be sometime around the end of the first quarter of 2025.

We are still running on OPS 3.3 and plan to switch to 3.6 as soon as it is available. So there will probably be no version for 3.5.
