Improve onboarding and add beginner-friendly quickstart guide

Hi! I was exploring the documentation and found it really informative.

I feel that for new users, the onboarding could be made more structured and beginner-friendly. Right now, it’s slightly difficult to understand the exact steps to get started.

Some suggestions that could help:

• Add a clear step-by-step “Getting Started” or “Quickstart” guide
• Include a simple “first app” example with expected output
• Add more practical usage examples instead of mostly conceptual explanations
• Provide a clearer flow (setup -> run -> deploy)

I’d love to work on improving this and can start with a small sample if that sounds useful.

I rather like not. I think the idea is rather than dev adds Juno in their app, not the contrary.

Thanks for the clarification!

I agree that the documentation already includes a “Getting Started” section and examples. My suggestion was more from a beginner’s perspective it feels slightly unclear what the exact first steps and expected outcomes are.

A more linear quickstart (setup -> run -> result) with a minimal working example could help new users get a quick initial success and better understand the flow.

I can also try creating a small PR for this, and you can let me know if it aligns with the project direction.

Therefore not exactly sure what pieces is missing?

I also don't think we should provide any other minimal working example and actually rather like to not include one more deeper example in the on boarding. We should also not assume that all developers want to start with a template - i.e. we can assume developers start with an exsiting project. Some might want to host, some might want to build. etc.

I can also try creating a small PR for this, and you can let me know if it aligns with the project direction.
