Cool, ScalaFunctional looks like a nice library! The on_error feature was actually one the primary motivators for this library; we were processing many terabytes of data across many steps, and we couldn't have an occasional bad file terminate our entire pipeline (which sometimes had to run for days). It unfortunately adds a significant amount of the code complexity in the library; I'm always looking for some clever way to reduce that...

Thanks! Project is renamed to PyFunctional as of recently since the name fits better.

I like the on_error and looking into how to implement it here: EntilZha/PyFunctional#65

I am hoping that using functional.lineage.Lineage might help clean up the code, still need to think about how to go about doing that exactly.
