feat: inject session context hook to identify YouCoded app environment #70

@itsdestin

Description

@itsdestin

Add a session-start context hook that automatically informs each new Claude Code session that it is running inside the YouCoded app — a UI and chat wrapper around the CLI. Without this, users who ask Claude for help troubleshooting their experience may receive incorrect guidance because Claude has no awareness it is operating within YouCoded rather than a raw Claude Code terminal; the hook provides a brief, consistent preamble so Claude can correctly attribute UI behaviors, permission flows, and feature questions to YouCoded versus the underlying CLI.

User description:
we are going to add a "context hook" feature or something of that sort that just briefly informs all new sessions that they are running in the YouCoded app: a UI/chat wrapper for Claude Code. Users discussing issues with their Claude Code experience and features may actually be discussing the YouCoded app.

Environment: YouCoded v1.1.2 · desktop · win32 10.0.26200
