Layout improvements

I find the page way too long currently and it's somewhat hard to find where you left off, it would be nice to have a easier to use layout.

Ideas:

• Use tabs for main sections.
• Add a table of contents of some kind. I tried it with listing all tips, that is way too long to have at the top.
