Copilot CLI should support exiting via Ctrl-D

Terminal users are used to press ctrl-d as a quick exit shortcut. It'd be amazing if the copilot cli could support the save.

Proposed solution

This would provide native support for an expected convenience shortcut

Example prompts or workflows

in an empty prompt, press ctrl-d to exit, or double ctrl-d like claude code does.

There's already a shortcut to exit: double ctrl-c.
