F44 time-based transition is broken

This is a follow-up of #67 and #73. At certain times, the F44 timed wallpaper goes black.

f44-backgrounds-base-44.0.0-1.fc44.noarch includes two JPEG XL files in /usr/share/backgrounds/f44/default that include an alpha channel. Replacing these files with non-alpha versions seems to work fine.

Can confirm both the problem and the solution to it.
Running "sudo magick mogrify -alpha off /usr/share/backgrounds/f44/default/*jxl" is the best workaround until it will be resolved properly.
