Poor performance on Web

What Happened?

Web application running with poor performance in general. Typing and web animations are very slow. Other apps and desktop environment works perfectly fine.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch few apps like VSCode, Discord etc.
2. Launch Web
3. Open any website
4. Observe

Expected Behavior

Should be performing ok.
