Improve workspace migration and export resume recovery flow

Recent workspace troubleshooting notes show a clear usability gap when work moves between folders.

Why:

• chat history is workspace-scoped
• users need /resume in the right folder
• moving context still relies on manual /export and paste

Starter scope:

• make folder-to-folder context migration clearer
• document or improve export and resume flow
• reduce accidental new-session creation when users meant to continue
