Angular+Asp.Net Core Template: WeatherForecast is not found

I used .net sdk 10.0.100 and created a brand new project with Angular+Asp.Net Core template.
The installed angular version : 20.3.10

Unfortunately, WeatherForecast model in angular project is missing.

I've also hit this issue, when creating the project (added to an existing solution) using Visual Studio 2026, which I assume uses the same templates. My app.ts is identical to that shown by the OP, albeit I only have red underlining on explicit references to WeatherForecast and the reference to OnInit. The latter is solvable by adding an import for OnInit.
