Feature request: animations for layers

• Description:
  Currently, layers work perfectly fine, but they would be more appealing/noticeable if there was a way to animate them. I would be happy to see animations for layers (fade in/out (idk if its possible as there is no animation for window closing), or sliding).

While this is not impossible, it would require a new animation system/loop. Layer shell surfaces work differently than regular containers/views.

I will leave it open, but I cannot tell you how much of a priority this will be, as, in my opinion, the cost of implementation clearly outweighs the benefit compared to other features I would like to see in scroll.

Layer shell surface animations are a bit of a jungle at the moment, because for example, quickshell provides its own animations, with its own Qt animation loop.
