Inconsistent index numbers do *not* produce errors.

bin/apple somehow managed to cope with the following input
Symmetrize(#<lambda:2:2:2:2:{a b m n c d e p q}>,{n p q})
producing no error and even some result which I forgot... :(

This should not be possible imho, since 2+2+2+2=8 and NumOfIndices(a b m n c d e p q)=9.
