The sidebar layout of the Continue extension is broken.

This looks like a CSS layout bug in the Continue extension's sidebar. The container is collapsing and the content is overflowing. First thing I'd check is whether the extension's sidebar.css has a fixed height without overflow-y: auto - that's a classic cause of this. If you have devtools open, inspect the .continue-sidebar element and see if its parent has overflow: hidden or zero height. I ran into this exact issue last year with an extension that didn't account for dynamic content height. Try adding height: 100% and overflow-y: auto to the sidebar container in the extension's CSS. If that doesn't fix it, the extension might need an update - this layout broke in newer VS Code versions after they changed the sidebar DOM structure.
