I have Claude Code configured in Auto mode with permissions set for most of the tools/calls it normally uses. Before integrating ztk I had very few permission prompts stopping my flow. Now with ztk I get a lot. I've tried various additions to the permissions but nothing is helping. How should I set permissions in settings.json to allow ztk actions without stopping (and without using dangerously-skip-permissions or bypassPermissions)?
