RSS feeds for plugin include extraneous Author photo/name

I've noticed that both the Food plugin and the Watch plugin include a (rather large) author photo and name in their default RSS feeds--a feature that isn't standard in any of the core pieces or other plugins.

Might be worth stripping these out of RSS for parity if nothing else. The above example is from woodwind.xyz, but others like feedly have similar results.
