Use '⿱𥫗x' to Replace '⿱竹x'

𥫗 (U-00025AD7) is already in the IDS-UCS-Ext-B-3. But with the (maybe) wrong ids formula:

U-00025AD7 𥫗 竹 (U+7AF9)

As this will be a big change to all the glyphs with ⿱竹x(2062 matches across 21 files).
Maybe we shall discuss it first.

This is also not inconsistent with the actual writing of the glyphs.

I think it's a nice idea. 竹 is different from 𥫗, as 心 differs from 忄.
Also, 𥫗 would help identifying the radical. I believe the reason it is 竹 is because the database predates Unicode's Extension B.

But how about 𥯵 ?
竹 is not at the top but yet it is the radical.

By the way, we would need to consider ⿳竹xx and as well. (And maybe ⿳xx竹!) And checking for cases where x starts with a descriptor. Not an easy task!

For consistency, we could change U+7A79 to the radical U+2F75 in cases like this:
U+2E164 𮅤 ⿰竹查
U+2E197 𮆗 ⿰竹落

I agree.

It is not a very hard to change sequences which actually contain ⿱𥫗*.
