Opencensus with rails

Can you please provide more information in how to use the railtie?

I've followed the installation instructions and the getting started with ruby guide
https://github.com/census-instrumentation/opencensus-ruby/#getting-started-with-ruby-on-rails

However I get the following error in myapp,

Not too sure what to do next?
