Graham -- I assume we can make these changes as common sense corrections of typos and similar, as opposed to needing any approval, notification etc. I'll therefore put them through. On 7.A.2, I assume this should say "The Performance must also comply with norms a) to i) in Section 6.C.2" (as opposed to just 6.C).

Should it stop at i) it looks as though more have been added since that was written. Shouldn't all of the norms apply to records for historical consistency?

It was intentional to stop at i). Norms a) to i) are the ones that are currently in the Decisions.

j) to m) are 'new' types of ringing, but I wouldn't think we'd want to stop a record length being rung in these new ways.

n) relates to umpires, which are required elsewhere for record lengths.

However o), which says "The Performance was consistent with the framework", might be something we want to make a condition for a record length. Don's QP, where they rang a 720 of Minor, and then the tenor ringer stood his bell and the remaining ringers rang uncovered Doubles, is an example of something inconsistent with the framework, and perhaps these shouldn't be able to be registered as record lengths?
