I am trying to login to my OMRON Connect account (my location is Poland), where my device is registered (I see it in the app), yet I am getting following message:

I have the same issue. I am based in the US. I am also not sure how to get the bluetooth MAC address of my OMRON blood pressure monitor. It is not listed on the BP equipment.
