Learn and Track in CI page for gungraun

Like discussed a while ago, setting up gungraun and iai is quite different and it would be great to have a separate Learn page and Track in CI page for gungraun.

@epompeii I didn't have much time to do it, yet. However, I would it give it a try in a PR the next days.
