Do not open a new window when Bazaar is already open.

Bug : When Bazaar is already open, and you use the extension to get to the Bazaar page of an app, the extension will open a new Bazaar window.

Expected behavior : open the app page in the already running Bazaar window.

Tested on Bluefin stable with Gnome 49.2.
