Root object in graph doesn't contain the reference for endpoints

In parliament, you can't navigate from the service document root to the set of endpoints (but you can get from endpoint to parameters through hasParameters).

You can and you can't - I thought the ontology had an explicit hasEndpoints object.

So possibly ignore this.
