Neptbot is the trigger for Neptune, a Terraform and OpenTofu pull request automation tool that runs entirely in GitHub Actions. When you install neptbot and add the Neptune workflow to your repo, it runs plan when a PR is opened or updated, and apply when someone comments @neptbot apply on the PR—so you get apply-before-merge without separate servers. Entirely restricted to PRs with a label neptune.
