Add support for Spark SQL dialect

Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge?

I would like to be execute Spark SQL against a DataFusion context that has Spark-compatible expressions registered from the datafusion-spark crate. This would open up opportunities for a better test approach in datafusion-spark with slt files using Spark SQL syntax.

There is a PR in the sqlparser crate to add support for Spark SQL dialect.
