Suggestion: Make this repo a template

Under Settings --> General there is a setting called "Template Repository".

Feel free to look into it further, but I do not think setting that changes much, if anything, for the repo, but makes it much easier for people interested in using the sample module as a starting place to use it as a template instead of forking it or manually copying it.

@beau-witter It's been enabled now.
I don't see a lot of value over the usual approach with a repository fork, but let it be this way and we shell see if it's in demand.

@andrewmatveychuk From what I can tell from the docs, the biggest difference may be that commits to a forked repo don't appear in one's contribution graph. But even if that doesn't matter, it seems that (now, if not before) that forked repos are in someway meant to either stay in sync with the parent repo or eventually be PR'ed back in to the parent repo, while a template is just a way to quickly start one's own project from a baseline.

That being said, far be it for me to tell you how to set your repo. I know I initially forked this for my own project and found that I disliked the constant prompts to sync with the parent repo as, naturally, my project was not going to be the same as the sample repo.

Edit: A path I didn't consider right away was someone forking the repo and then making the forked repo a template for their own use.
