Brief description of tool

I found the issue - #3009. I also need ALSA to be available on Ubuntu images.

I'm developing the library for working with MIDI and have a set of tests which run on Azure DevOps MS Hosted agents. But I'm unable to use ALSA dev API since the module failed to be loaded on agents. Looks like MS agents kernel is completely stripped of sound/MIDI support (snd-seq is missing).

Can you please integrate ALSA into kernel?
