Package/Folder/Language specific permissions #16
Description
It would be nice to have more fine grain control over the permissions for Packages, Folders and Languages. Readonly, no access etc would be a good starting point. Currently its everyone has access. We should also somehow allow extensions to adjust the canView, canEdit, canDelete permissions.
