Preselect equipment when action created from equipment details page

When creating a new action accessed via the equipment details page, the details on that equipment should be automatically populated on the associated form. For example: I click on “Calibration History” then on “New Calibration”. The equipment should be pre-selected.

This is working great for Calibration Actions. However, for Factory Service actions, there is no equipment preselected. For Deployment actions, there is an equipment preselected, but it is different from the original equipment.
