Hi! I've narrowed it down to just this mod and its not an issue with my display settings as the menu shows up fine without the mod.

It looks like you have noRecipeBookShifting enabled in your clienttweaks-common.toml. That option only works well on smaller GUI scales or wide screens, so it's disabled by default.
