Allow more flexible configuration of the "No Offhand Torch With Food" tweak. Currently, the behavior is a bit unexpected when food is consumed from the Supplementaries' food basket — the mod does not recognize the basket as a food item, so a torch is still placed after eating. A tag-based system could extend the existing functionality and provide better compatibility. Thanks!
