Using volume knobs while holding shift causes mild graphic issues

Describe the Issue

Hi. I'm on 1.21.7 with Fabric, but I've also replicated this on other 1.21.x versions. I'm willing to test more versions.
I'm using a keyboard with a physical volume knob (specifically Razer's BlackWidow V3) and there's two notable visual oddies when using Client Tweaks:

1. Using the volume slider on my keyboard makes the raw string "clienttweaks.hide_offhand_item" appear briefly (until knob is not touched), and nothing else.
2. When using the volume slider and holding Shift, Client Tweaks also displays this string but also toggles the offhand when scrolling.

I'd like to ideally not trigger this weird oddity everytime I adjust to change volume. Much less hide my offhand while running...
It is noteworthy that this isn't the fault of any recent Fabric updates, I also experienced this on loader version 0.6.xx.

I replicated the issue on 1.21.8 as well, just to be sure. Still present.
