Infrastructure partnership: Paraguay site for large-scale COCOON workers

Hello COCOON team,

I represent Crypto Forte. We have a high-density compute infrastructure site in Paraguay with access to up to 100 MW of power capacity, including two parallel high-voltage power lines: one primary and one reserve line.

GPU servers are not deployed yet, but we have investors ready to finance TDX-ready H100/H200/B200 class hardware if COCOON can provide guidance on worker requirements, reward economics, and deployment path.
