Double-clicking a group tab opens duplicate windows

Description

Double-clicking a group tab opens duplicate windows. When a group tab is clicked twice in quick succession, Telegram opens two separate windows for the same group instead of focusing the existing one.

Expected Behavior

Double-clicking a group tab should open only a single window for that group, or focus the already opened window if it already exists.

Actual Behavior

Two duplicate windows of the same group are opened when the group tab is double-clicked.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Telegram for iOS.
2. Navigate to a group tab.
3. Double-click the group tab.
4. Observe that two windows for the same group are opened.
