Pinned messages hidden by Chat Automation banner in private chats on iOS

Description

Pinned messages block in private chat top bar is hidden when Chat Automation (Telegram Business feature) is enabled for this chat. Only a block with following message shows up: "bot has access to this chat", and pinned messages can't be accessed.

Expected Behavior

Pinned messages should be shown above Chat Automation block. For example, in MacOS desktop Telegram app both blocks are shown as expected:

Other approach in iOS app could be the ability to swipe left and right to access either pinned messages block or Chat Automation block to reduce top bar pollution.

Actual Behavior

Pinned messages are not visible and can't be accessed in the top bar of the private chat. Only Chat Automation block is visible.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Pin message in private chat
2. Set up Chat Automation (Telegram Business feature) for this private chat
3. Go back to this private chat and confirm pinned messages block is missing
