Short README install-first rewrite idea for tabularis

I found tabularis through public GitHub search and only used the public repo README.

A likely first-screen improvement is to move the first successful install step directly under the one-line product description, before the large GIF and sponsor block, so a new visitor can go from "what is this" to "how do I try it" without scrolling.

Example of the small change I mean:
