readme describing each yml file

Wonder if there is a readme file describing each yml file in the root folder of this repo.

Specifically we are looking to stand up a Ranger test environment with the following:

1. Ranger admin server;
2. Hive db server/node with Ranger plugin and connect/managed by Ranger;
3. Atlas service with Ranger plugin and connect/managed by Ranger;
