Handover the reinstalled system to new hosting and new maintainer:

• Add collaborators to project
  • @fzakfeld : Hosting
  • Michel Raabe: Operations and Maintainership
  • @fkr Create matrix chat for environment users, document chat, add to user management workflow
• Handover Keepass Keystore

• Cleanup PR : [bug] MariaDB recovery does not work osism/issues#1257
• Merge PR and create new PR

Sorry, I should have described that more precisely: I was thinking yesterday that it would actually be a good thing if people involved in the administration and users of the platform had a common exchange platform. Since the project is already using Matrix, that might be a good way...
