in some use cases e.g. towed silcam and IFP-silcam a means to start the pyopia process before all image aquisition is finished, enables user feedback during imaging.

In a sutyation where mum_chunks = 1 pyopia could monitor a folder for new files and process in sequence.

option to porcess all files in incoming or latest file in folder.

This should be straightforward to implement with the Watchdog package (https://github.com/gorakhargosh/watchdog). To ensure the processing of fully written files only, the acquisition/writing process should write to a temporary file (name), and then rename to Dxxxxxxx.silc when done. The watchdog process can monitor for rename operations.
