Add more tests of datasets with imperfect IDs

Add more tests of datasets and replacement files whose unique ID variable(s) are not actually unique. For backwards compatibility, readreplace should not check for uniqueness.

• One ID variable (a varname is specified to option id())
• Multiple ID variables (a varlist is specified to option id())
