Tentative KYC Status and Checklist 9 Preventing Migration

Hello Core Team,

So the KYC status must turn green and Checklist 9 must also turn green before my migration can proceed.

It has been approximately 3 years since I completed my KYC and have been expecting validation and migration since then.

However, my KYC still remains in tentative status due to Checklist 9 not turning green, and this appears to be the reason my migration has continued to remain pending for such a long period.

Kindly assist in reviewing this issue and help restore my KYC and Checklist 9 status to green so my migration can proceed successfully.
